May primary could turn out to be a test of the power of the Christian right in Ohio.

On primary election day May 2, Christian conservatives in Ohio will get a chance to show that their much-touted political power is not just a flash in the pan. Many of the conservative evangelicals have been boosting Ken Blackwell in the Republican primary for governor against Jim Petro. And if Blackwell wins, it could signal that the Christian conservatives are a continuing force to be reckoned with. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report.
