Ohio prisons are experiencing a major influx of new inmates. The crowded conditions are prompting one prison observer to warn about the possibility of violence. But prison officials say they’re taking action to put a damper on whatever tension might be building up behind prison walls. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
