Governor Bob Taft says the last fiscal year was such a good one, he wants to share the wealth with Ohio’s taxpayers. But his announcement that he’s going to accelerate income tax cuts may not be exactly what it seems to be. Ohio Public Radio’s Karen Kasler reports. |
