The Ohio Supreme Court is hearing an appeal of a death penalty case with an unusual twist. The convicted killer's attorney is arguing that since the jury wasn't allowed to take smoke breaks, his client didn't get a fair trial. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports. |
