Judge orders 2004 ballots to be preserved; Secretary of State's office says that's no problem.

A federal judge has ordered that the ballots in Ohio’s 2004 presidential election not be destroyed - a small victory for critics who hope the ballots will be evidence that the Ohio election was rigged. But defenders of the election outcome continue to maintain the court challenge is a frivolous lawsuit. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
