Lawmakers drop capital gains tax cut plan; instead try to speed up tax cuts.

Ohio legislators are poised to speed up the 21% state income tax cut that’s being phased in over several years. The plan is to get final approval for the measure after the November election. Republicans and democrats are each putting their own spin on the move. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
