There’s a new twist in the unusual story of the Ohio Highway Patrol trooper whose car caused a crash that killed him and two others in September. Earlier, a blood test showed the presence of alcohol in the trooper’s blood. But now, new evidence seems to show the trooper had not drunk alcohol anytime close to the accident. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the latest. |
