President Bush said in his State of the Union speech that he wants to require drivers to use 35 billion gallons of ethanol and other alternative fuels in the next decade. And Governor Ted Strickland had said that further development of alternative energy is one of his top priorities. But an ethanol plant that was set to begin construction soon apparently won't be built. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports. |
