Ohio's Attorney General Marc Dann says he's beefing up enforcement of a long-neglected state law to make sure Ohio workers aren't shortchanged on state projects. He has announced the recovery of $450,000 in back pay for workers who, under the law, were paid illegally-low wages. From station WCPN in Cleveland, Mhari Saito reports. |
