Emergency declaration from governor could means money could be in the forecast for flood victims.

Gov. Ted Strickland has issued an emergency proclamation for Cuyahoga County in response to flooding in that area earlier this week. CJ Couch of the Ohio Emergency Management Acency says the Governor's action could mean more money and resources for flood victims.

Couch says local leaders believe there is a good chance federal dollars will be available to victims in the near future.
