A new report by the Mortgage Bankers Association shows the rate of home foreclosures and delinquent payments in Ohio - while still high - may be leveling off. But state officials say it's unlikely that Ohio's mortgage crisis is coming to an end. From member station WKSU, Karen Schaefer reports: |
