Approximately 1,100 people have been killed on Ohio roadways so far this year. That means about that same number of times, somebody has had to make a very difficult visit to the home of the next of kin. David Allwine says notifying family that a loved-one has died is the worst part of his job as a state trooper. From Ohio Public Radio member station WOUB, Fred Kight reports. |
