Chancellor Eric Fingerhut laid to rest fears of a merger between two of Northeast Ohio's public universities yesterday at the Akron Roundtable in a preview of his 10-year strategic plan for higher education. But he also laid out challenges that universities and colleges around the state must tackle in order to grow Ohio's economy. From Ohio Public Radio member station WKSU, Karen Schaefer reports. |
