Billions of dollars in Ohio electricity bills are at stake, as a legislative panel today tries to put the finishing touches on a new energy policy for the state. The House Utilities Committee is hearing testimony from many different groups with conflicting reactions to the latest re-write of the measure. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report. |
