Order Online : "The State of Ohio"
This week on "The State of Ohio": The budget is on its way to a committee that will hammer out the differences before the end of the month deadline. But there are serious issues on both sides that could slow down the talks. A billion dollars is headed back to Ohio employers who paid into the state’s Bureau of Workers' Comp program. But a critic says the BWC has an outstanding bill that remains unpaid. And more on how Ohio's poorest people are surviving the rising costs of a basic existence.

Strickland says possible Dann impeachment is "dramatically different" than Clinton case.
By Karen Kasler - May 6, 2008
Gov. Ted Strickland is among the Ohio Democrats calling for impeachment of Attorney General Marc Dann if he doesn't resign over the sex scandal in his office. But back in 1998, Congressman Ted Strickland opposed the impeachment of President Bill Clinton after a sex scandal in the White House.

Strickland says the situation involving Marc Dann goes well beyond the relationship Dann had with a staffer. The governor says he's supporting impeachment in the Dann case because of the total effect of the lack of management Dann had in his office.
