When Ohio legislators okayed a new law on electricity rates earlier this year, they declared that details would be left up to regulators at the Public Utilities Commission. Now, the staff of the PUCO has proposed those details in the form of new rules, but consumer activists don't like what they see. Details now from statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen. |
