The director of Ohio University's journalism school says news consumers are getting a much different product these days.
Tom Hodson leads the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at OU. He says news web sites and blogs have taken over this year as a source for election coverage. And it's not just journalists who are changing they way they do business. Hodson says the candidates, too, are updating their campaigns.
What does this mean for journalism? Well, for one thing, Hodson says it means curriculum changes for OU students. |
