Order Online : "The State of Ohio"
This week on "The State of Ohio": Lawmakers once again look at electing to change voting laws. Democrats hit back again against JobsOhio. And conservative activists who say they were targeted for extra scrutiny by the IRS speak out as they prepare to sue.

Attorney, former prosecutor and state treasurer all battling to be Ohio's top lawyer.
By Jo Ingles - October 30, 2008
Three men are vying to take over the unfinished term of former Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann who resigned earlier this year. Dann, a democrat, was forced to step down after an investigation found he had mismanaged his office in a way that allowed sexual harassment and possible criminal wrongdoing by some of his top aides. The three men who now want to take over that office say their top priority is to restore dignity to the office. But how would they do that? Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles profiles the three candidates.
