The Ohio Supreme Court is dealing with a dicey question, and one with a storyline that's very familiar. If someone arranges to have sex with a minor but it's a sting and there is no real minor involved, can that person be charged with compelling child prostitution? Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports. |
