Ohioans who drive roads throughout the state have probably encountered someone who's driving way too fast or recklessly. The Ohio Highway Patrol has too. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, Sgt. Darrin Blosser explains arrested nearly 75,000 drivers last year for what's known as aggressive speeding. |
