Two Arizona men have been indicted on numerous felony charges. John Wanek and Robert Swanigan are accused of committing mortgage fraud. Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien says the pair initiated a complicated scheme to obtain mortgages for a few apartment complexes in Columbus. |
