Gov. Ted Strickland's budget is balanced, and he's managed to erase a more than $7 billion deficit without a tax increase. But critics are saying as they look into the "blue book" for budget details, they're seeing a setup for future disaster. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports. |
