Portable breathalyzers not reliable in court, but in arrrests? Justices will decide.

The standard for blood alcohol evidence to convict in a drunk driving trial is strict and scientific. But the Ohio Supreme Court is being asked whether the results from a portable breathalyzer can be enough to arrest a suspected drunk driver. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports.
