Ohio taxpayers overpaid millions of dollars over more than a decade due to an elaborate scheme of contract-steering and bid-rigging, engineered by an official of the Ohio Department of Transportation. That's the bottom-line conclusion of an 18-month-long investigation by Ohio's anti-corruption Czar, the Inspector General. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the story. |
