There's a breakthrough in the stalemate over a new state budget for Ohio. It appears that Gov. Ted Strickland and legislative leaders have an agreement over the biggest sticking point --- how to legalize electronic slot machines. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the latest. |
