Advocates for Ohio's poor, elderly, and mentally ill have been warning that government spending cuts --- some proposed and others theoretical -- would be devastating for the state's most vulnerable citizens. But the activists had a hard time today making their case at a legislative committee hearing because of partisan bickering by lawmakers. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
