There's a big shakeup at the Ohio Lottery. Governor Ted Strickland has appointed a Cleveland area lawyer to replace outgoing lottery director Mike Dolan, who resigned last week. Ohio Public Radio's talked to both Dolan and the woman who will replace him. She files this report. |
