The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled it is legal for the state to collect taxes from grocers, even if some of their profits come from food sales. As Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, the ruling will make it harder to hold the line on food costs but state officials say it will make it easier to provide money for schools and local communities. |
