Lawyers for the inmate whose execution was stopped Tuesday are arguing against a second attempt to put him to death next week. Meanwhile, the Ohio Parole Board has unanimously recommended that a killer set to die next month be executed as scheduled. Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler reports. |
