Debate continues to boil over Issue 3, the ballot proposal that would authorize the building of a full-scale gambling casino in Cleveland, Toledo, Columbus, and Cincinnati. An academic expert on the impact of gambling says the proposal ignores many national studies that highlight the negative fall-out from gambling. But the head of the vote "yes" drive says that's not really the important issue. Here's the latest from statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen. |
