Millions of Americans will sit down to turkey dinners this week and next month around the Christmas and New Year holidays. Ohio is 10th in the nation in turkey production - so many of those turkeys come from Ohio farmers, who raise them in a variety of ways. To investigate what Thanksgiving week is like in this industry, Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler went down on the farm. |
