The Ohio House has passed a bill that would require private health insurance companies to cover autism just as they would other chronic diseases. Democratic Rep. Ted Celeste says it's only fair. |

| But some minority Republicans argued against the measure saying it would hurt small businesses in Ohio and could lead to higher insurance premiums. The measure now goes to the Senate. |
