It's likely that Ohioans will vote in November on whether or not slot machines should be authorized at the state's seven race tracks. But meanwhile, some state legislators are pushing their own slots-at-the-tracks plan that could be immune to that referendum. And now, some groups that have nothing to do with horse-racing are lobbying to get a piece of those millions in gambling dollars. Here's statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen with the second in a two-part series of reports. |
