With a deadline coming up on Thursday, lawmakers are working extra hours this week, hammering out the differences between the House and Senate versions of the measure that creates rules for the four casinos that voters approved last fall. But one lawmaker is saying that Ohio could end up with five casinos. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler explains. |
