An agreement between agriculture and animal rights interests means Ohioans won't be voting on a ballot issue this fall that could have dramatically changed the way farmers in Ohio do business. But as Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, farmers in the buckeye state will have to make changes as part of this agreement. |
