Ohio wants to lead the nation in lawsuit against BP for loss to pension funds.

Some investors of BP are suing the company in the wake of the massive oil spill. And now, the state of Ohio is trying to have all those cases combined into one big class action lawsuit, with the state as a lead plaintiff. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen explains.
