The Ohio Department of Health and the American Heart Association have come up with a plan to reduce the number of Ohioans who suffer from heart disease and strokes. Cresha Auck of the Heart Association says those two problems affect too many Ohioans. |

| The plan encourages Ohioans to change their behavior - eat more nutritious foods, exercise more often and monitor their blood pressure and cholesterol levels. |
