With the Ohio legislature split between Democrats controlling the House and Republicans controlling the Senate, it was hard this year for legislators to pass many major laws that were highly controversial. Still, lawmakers did manage to pass a few. And they are the focus of this report in our series, looking back on state government and politics in 2010. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has details. |
