Gov. John Kasich delivered his first State of the State address today. He promised to rescue Ohio from its economic doldrums, but, as statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports, Kasich did not give many details about how he’d rescue a new two-year state budget, that’s already projected to contain an $8 billion shortfall. |
