The latest proposal for a new two-year state budget for Ohio would take money from a special housing fund for the poor and give it to county recorders. Advocates for Ohio’s homeless are protesting, but key Republicans who dominate the state Senate are defending the move. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
