State installs devices to help caregivers for developmentally disabled keep costs down.

Caring for the developmentally disabled poses some challenges: caregivers want to give the disabled as much independence as possible, and the care is costly. To help with both, more and more Ohio caregivers could turn to cameras, microphones and electronic sensors. From member station WOSU in Columbus, Steve Brown reports on the state’s new "remote monitoring" program.
