The state’s “job czar” has kept a low profile for a while, but Mark Kvamme made a rare speech to an overflow crowd in downtown Columbus. As Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports, Kvamme’s critics took the opportunity to blast him for what they say is a contradiction between his public job and his personal investments. |
