| Auditor expands performance reviews of agencies to try to find ways to save money. |

For many years, the state auditor has done special performance audits of local governments and schools across Ohio, suggesting ways the agencies can save money. Now, for the first time, the auditor is expanding those efficiency studies to state agencies. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports the auditor is moving ahead with that task, by appointing a twelve-member team of what he calls “change champions.” |
