Governor urging changes in rules that keep felons from certain jobs after prison.

Every year in Ohio, an estimated 24,000 felons finish their prison sentences and are freed. Many of them have problems getting back into society because there are legal limits on the kinds of jobs they can hold. Dozens of activists have begun meeting to explore changing those limits, and statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports that Gov. John Kasich is urging them on.
