It appears that Republican Gov. John Kasich's proposal to tax oil and gas drillers more is going to stay in limbo for several months. Ironically, the Governor's fellow Republicans who dominate the Ohio House of Representatives are the reason. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
