Traffic accidents are not only frustrating for those directly involved. They also slow the traffic flow and cause headaches for the police officers or emergency vehicles that show up to handle the accidents. But as Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, there's a bill that some state lawmakers say will make these accidents less frustrating for everyone. |
