The controversial mascot of the Cleveland Indians baseball team Chief Wahoo is the focus of a case that is set for oral arguments Wednesday in the Ohio Supreme Court. Whether the team may keep its name and mascot is not at issue. But what is being debated is a question that pits freedom of expression against public safety. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
