Ohio's unemployment picture is not getting brighter. Jobs officials have just released the unemployment rate for January, and it's the same 6.2 per cent rate as in December. For three months before that, the jobless rate had dipped below the six per cent mark, but now it's back up. Keith Ewald is the top job statistician for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen asked him to assess the latest unemployment numbers. |
