U.S. Aid for Poor AIDS Victims.

Congress has passed a major relief plan that will provide medicine to treat children with AIDS in some poor countries throughout the world. Republican Senator Mike DeWine from Ohio was one of the lawmakers who pushed for the plan’s passage. In an interview with Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles, DeWine explains this relief will make a big difference in the lives of thousands of families worldwide. DeWine says he thinks other developed countries will help in the relief effort.
