In the Ohio Supreme Court Wednesday, a big victory for labor unions and a big
loss for businesses. The court struck down as unconstitutional a 1995 law that
tries to stop injured workers from collecting twice for their injuries. Statehouse
correspondent Bill Cohen reports. |
